Tolerance percentage
This setup is to be entered if setup GDDBUDDEP is "Envelope overrun". It is used to enter the authorized overrun percentage, which will be applied to the envelope amount or to the budget amount or to the budget line amount, depending on the selection carried out in setup GDDBUDCTL.
