Escalation analysis period
This parameter is used to indicate an analysis period to be taken into account when using the available escalation inquiry from within the after-sales workbench.
The possible values are:
- Start of year: The escalation inquiry starts with the 1st of January.
- First request: The escalation inquiry takes as the start date the date of the first escalation entered in the application.
- Fixed date: The escalation inquiry takes as the start date a fixed date.
- Numbers of days – current date: The escalation inquiry takes as the start date the current date, reduced by a number of days.
Level of localization / Global variable
This parameter is defined at the level User. It belongs to Chapter HDK (Customer Support) and the Group ESC (Escalation management), The following parameters are also associated with this chapter and group :
- ESCCTLMOD (Control of escalation)
- ESCSETDDAT (Fixed date (escalations))
- ESCSETNDAT (No. days - less current date)
The global variable GESCTYPDAT is associated with it.
