Temporary journal export
This parameter relates to the Recapitulative Statement only and controls the behavior of the Recapitulative Statement export in regards to temporary or invalid documents:
- Yes: in the screen header, an option "Hide invalid" is available which hides the display of invalid documents (temporary ones are still displayed). An export is possible (after a warning message) for both valid and temporary documents. Invalid documents are not exported!
- No: export is only possible, if there are no temporary and/or invalid documents. In order to export the result, the temporary documents have to be finalized and the invalid documents have to be corrected.
Note: this parameter only affects the file export of the results. Reports (i.e. control reports) can always be printed, no matter if there are temporary or invalid documents.
