This parameter is used to define which delivery transaction will be used during the automatic delivery of orders of loan type. The fact of linking a delivery transaction makes it possible to inherit the transaction group, the transaction code and the automatic stock journal that will be entered in the stock transactions (stock journal) at the time of the validation and thus the issuing of goods.

  • The transaction group (miscellaneous table no. 9) is used to classify the stock transactions for statistical purposes.
  • The transaction code (miscellaneous table no. 14 is used if required to classify stock transactions, but also to define the different issue rules for identical transaction types (see Product Category, Management rules tab). It is possible for example in a delivery type transaction, to authorize the issue of stock with status A only and in another delivery transaction to authorize the issue of a product with status A and status Q.
  • The automatic journal code is used to specify the automatic journal that will be used to post the stock transaction.
