Load
The objective of this function is to enable the display for a site of a work center group or a work center, the load by period and over a given horizon and thus to underline the overload periods.
The load represents the load generated during the creation of a work order (firm or planned) or generated during the launch of the MRP or MPS with load calculation.

Screen management
This screen is displayed as a header (selection criteria), then as a grid that can be set up.
Header
Presentation
The header information is used to specify the main selection criteria for the inquiry being used.
- Site: It is mandatory to enter a site. The site shown by default corresponds to the site associated with the user.
- Grouping: The purpose here is to specify whether the load of a site, all work centers combined, the load of a work center group, or the load of a specific work center, should be analyzed.
- Work Center/Work Center Group: The entry of these fields depends on the grouping level chosen. For the load analysis by work center, the entry of a work center group and a work center are mandatory.
- Work center type: It is possible to filter the load analysis, based on the nature of the Machine, Labor or Sub-Contracting work centers.
- Start date: This range is used to limit the inquiry to the periods contained in the entered horizon.
- Overload solely: it is possible to restrict the display to the overload periods.

The production site associated with the user is proposed by default. It can be modified by another site authorized for the operator, depending on its authorizations. |

The work center group is a physical or fictitious entity grouping several work centers of machine, labor or sub-contracting type. |

The work center is attached to a work center group. It corresponds to a production resource on which a routing operation is carried out. This is an entity for which it is requested to plan loads and track production times. Each work center is associated with an attachment site. |

The type of a work center can be either machine, labor or sub-contracting. |

Use this field to filter the orders to be loaded.

|
This flag is used to view only the overloaded periods. Box checked: only the overloaded periods will be displayed. Box not checked: displays all the periods for the capacity. |

Presentation
The columns present in this grid depend on the setup of the screen code chosen.
The displayed periods are those on which the load calculation is based (namely the division in day/month/week of the horizon).
For each period, the total capacity in hours of the period is specified, it is calculated based on the opening of the work centers, their number of resources and any capacity variations. For each period, a load total is considered in hours by status and origin (load issued from an MRP/MPS, planned load, firm load), then a total all statuses combined is considered.
A column displays the load rate of the period, with respect to the theoretical capacity of the period.
The load rate of the period is highlighted by the application on each line with the following color code:
- red: overload
- green: load contained between 75% and 100% of the theoretical capacity
- Grey: load contained between 50% and 75% of the theoretical capacity
- Yellow: load contained between 0% and 50% of the theoretical capacity
- White: null load
It is possible to focus the analysis on the periods in overload, via the activation of the "Overloads only" filter.
Note: When modifications have been made to the theoretical capacity of a work center over one or several periods, it is necessary to carry out the load recalculation processing in order for these modifications to be visible on the theoretical capacity in load inquiry.

Loads
Over each period, this button provides access to the Load WIP inquiry, used to display the detail of the load over the analyzed period, for the site, the work center or work center group considered, depending on the filters chosen for the load inquiry.
