Presentation
The header information is used to specify the main selection criteria for the inquiry used.
Site: it is mandatory to enter a site.
Product: the Product code is mandatory. It can be entered or loaded automatically after lot code entry. However, the Product code entry remains mandatory if there are multiple products for the entered lot code.
Lot: it is possible to request an inquiry by lot (a contextual help on lot selection is available on this field). If no lot is specified, the inquiry displays the stock status for all the lots for the product / site selection. When only one product exists for the lot number specified, it is possible to enter the lot number so as to automatically load the associated Product code.
It is possible to only display part of the stock as well as the ability to define Internal stock / Stock waiting put-away / Loaned stock / sub-contract stock filters.

This button is used to access the additional selection criteria with respect to the criteria entered in the inquiry header. Classification: it is possible to choose the order in which the stock lines are presented according to several criteria
Serial number aggregation: each serial number corresponds to a stock line. When this box is checked, the inquiry displays the aggregated stock lines linked to the serial numbers in order to reduce the amount of inquired lines. Screen code: the inquiries can be set up in a general manner (for more detail, see the Inquiry screens documentation). It is possible to call upon customized inquiry screens via the screen code. This customization is used notably, to choose what information should be shown on the screen and in what order it should be positioned in the grid. It is possible to save one or several sets of criteria by recording [Memo] codes that can be called later on [Call memo] button or deleted [Delete memo] button. |
