Enter the company code or use the Look up tool to search for and select the code.

• Site (field FCY)

This code is used to identify the site concerned. It is unique for each site.

• Start date (field STRDAT)

Start date used to select the records to be processed.

• End date (field ENDDAT)

End date used in the selection of the records to be processed.

• Status (field STAT)

Search for transports according to the communication status.

• All - All the records
• Sent with success - Only the transport records communicated successfully and with the transport code assigned provided by the government
• Sent with errors - Only the records already communicated but the returned with an error message
• Not sent - Only records not yet communicated
• Not sent and with errors - All records not sent or already sent but with errors

• Document type (field DOCTYP)

Select a document type from the list to limit mass communication to those document types.

• Document (field DOCNUMSTR)

Enter the start and end ranges of the delivery numbers.

• To (field DOCNUMEND)

• BP (field BPRNUMSTR)

Business partners that are used to select the records to be processed.

• Transport code (field DTCOD)

Enter a transport code provided by the government to search for a specific transport.
