Use this function to generate the IES XML file.

The XML file does not include all the data required for IES. This file can be uploaded to the fiscal platform and you must complete it with the rest of the data not triggered by X3.

The data that is preloaded by the file is:

  • VAT
  • Cash Flow
  • Capital flow
  • Some of the annexes

Screen management

You must introduce the number of the record previously generated on each block so that the data generated in the XML is based on those selections.

  • Fiscal year start (field FIYSTR)

Grid Financial data extraction

Grid Sites

VAT declaration

  • Declaration (field DCLNUM)

 

Cashflow

  • Query no. (field NUMRPT)

 

Accounting

  • Type (field ACCTYP)

 

File

  • Destination type (field TYPEXP)

 
  • File (field VOLFIL)

Error messages

The only error messages are the generic ones.
