This function is used to shift in time the production operation selection.
Only "waiting" operations, scheduled and running on a work centre of the type machine or labor are processed.
If a shift is entered, it is applied to the start date for the operation concerned, the new start date loads the forced start date for the operation.
Each Works Order (WO) concerned by the process is de-scheduled then re-scheduled.
Refer to documentation Implementation
This function is carried out in two steps:
Selection if the WOs to be processed
Result of the process
Presentation
Here this is the entry of a group of criteria that are used to select the operations to be moved:
The production site : it is loaded by default with the production site associated with the operator,
It is possible to choose the status of the WOs to be processed : planned or firm,
The selection of the start/end range.
The following must be entered :
either a shift to be applied in calendar days: the movement can be positive or negative.
or a new start date.
It is possible to specify if the operation dates must be forced by maintaining the initial scheduling of the previous and next operations.
The use of the button is used to start the process.
A report on the processing appears when the date shift is complete, it contains the operations that have been changed and their new start and end dates.
A message warns the user if a selected order could not be processed.

Multiple routings can be defined for a single product. Each routing code can be assigned specific management features. These include restriction of the routing to a specific site and to specific areas of functionality (for use in a manufacturing environment, for costing or for capacity planning). |

This routing is used in work order management. |

The planned work center is attached to a work center group. It corresponds to a production resource on which a routing operation is to be carried out. |

The production routing is described by means of operation numbers. |
