This function is used to carry out mass completions and/or closings of Work Orders that have previously been selected. Only in-progress firm work orders, that is to say those having been the object of a production booking, can be completed/closed.
It is also used to automatically trigger the calculation of the PCP, following the WO closing.

Presentation

This function contains two screens:

  • The selection screen.

    Use the first block to choose what processing to perform: Completion and/or Closing.
    The following blocks are used to select and filter the work orders to be processed.
    The Blockings block displays the possible blocking events in the processing. For each blocking, you can specify weather it justifies the stop of the processing.
    The last block is used to request the automatic triggering of specific operations during the processing.
     
  • - The grid loaded with the selected Work Orders

    It is displayed following the activation of the [OK] button at the bottom of the selection screen.
    It summarizes all the WO corresponding to the selection criteria defined in the first screen.
    In this grid, it is possible to manually de-select the lines in the selection where the WOs should not be completed or closed. This is the only field available for entry. The actions Include all and Exclude all are used to mass exclude/include the set of displayed lines from the processing. From the Actionsicon, you can access work orders and trackings by action menus.

Fields

The following fields are present on this tab :

Block number 1

The production site associated with the user is proposed by default. It can be modified by another site authorized for the operator, depending on its authorizations.
  • WO close (field WTRAIT)

Select the type of processing that you wish to carry out.

Start - end range

  • WO number (field WNUMDEB)

Start and end ranges used to select the WO to be processed. The selection list available via right click is filtered in order to offer only the firm and in progress WOs.
  • field WNUMFIN

 

Start and end ranges used to select the products released for which the user wants to close and/or complete the production.

 
  • Date (field WDATDEB)

The selected work orders are those for which the entire period (start date/end date) is included in the period defined by the entered dates.

Start and end ranges used to select the WO projects that the user wants to close and/or complete.

 
  • Order (field WCDEDEB)

Start and end ranges used to select the WO orders that the user wants to close and/or complete.

Filters

Flag used to indicate that only closed production orders will be processed.

Blocks

  • If at least one oper is pending (field REAFLG)

This checkbox is used when a current WO has at least one operation which tracking status has the "pending" value.

  • When this box is checked, the balance and/or the closure of the WO are blocked.
    A message is then displayed in the log file to report the blocking.
  • When unchecked, the WO balance and/or closure are carried out.

    SEEINFO Even when this checkbox is not checked, the possibility or the prohibition to carry out the closure of the WO depends on the rule defined by the general setupCTLCLE - Blocking on closure.

  • If at least one rel. prod not produced (field LANFLG)

This checkbox is used when the current WO has at least one material where the production tracking status has the value "pending".

  • When this checkbox is checked, the balance and/or the closure of the WO are blocked if a product has not been generated.
  • When this checkbox is not checked, the balance and/or the closure of the WO are achieved, even if a released product has not been generated.
  • If at least one material not consumed (field CNSFLG)

This checkbox is used when the current WO has at least one material where the production tracking status has the value "pending".

  • When this checkbox is checked, the balance and/or the closure of the WO are blocked if a material has not been consumed.
    A message is then displayed in the log file to report the blocking.
  • When this checkbox is not checked, the balance and/or the closure of the WO can be achieved if a material has not been consumed.
    SEEINFO Even when this checkbox is not checked, the possibility or the prohibition to carry out the closure of the WO depends on the rule defined by the general setupCTLCLE - Blocking on closure.
  • If completed qty. < planned qty. (field QTYFLG)

When activated, this checkbox is used to block the closure when the produced quantity is lower than the planned quantity.

Allocations

  • Track automatic materials (field MATFLG)

When this checkbox is activated, it is used to carry out a tracking of the following materials: At the time of completion and/or closure of a WO, if the production of the released product has started, it is possible to automatically back flush the consumption of the materials with the stock withdrawal code "post-consumption" in proportion to the quantity produced of the released product.
  • Automatic tracking of operations (field OPEFLG)

When it is activated, this box is used to carry out an automatic tracking of the following operations: At the time of completion and/or closure of a WO, if the production of the released product has started, it is possible to automatically back flush the consumption of the operations in proportion to the quantity produced of the released product.

  • Production cost price (field PRFFLG)

Box checked: the production cost price is triggered following the WO closure.

Box not checked: the production cost price is not triggered.

Menu Bar

This action is only available when the Completion processing is selected at the Selection screen level.
Use it to launch the completion processing of the work order.

Click the Close action to close the selected work orders and calculate the cost of the finished products.

This action is only available for selection if the following conditions are met:

  • The WO close field is set to one of the following values:
  • 'Complete or close'
  • 'Close'
  • The selected work orders are still in progress
  • All subcontract operations have been completed
  • The work orders are not locked by a different user.

Use this action to mass include the set of displayed orders in the processing

Use this action to mass exclude the set of displayed orders from the processing.

Error messages

The only error messages are the generic ones.
