Transport doc communication to AT
This function allows you to perform a mass communication of transportation notes using web services.
This applies to companies or sites with POR legislation and with the PORDKS Numeric signature Portugal parameter (LOC chapter, POR group) set to Yes.
If you do not have a Portuguese company, you can enable the TRSNA - Transportation note activation activity code to take advantage of Transportation notes.

Fields
The following fields are present on this tab :
General

Enter the company code or use the Look up tool to search for and select the code. |

This code is used to identify the site concerned. It is unique for each site. |

Use these fields to enter a date range. |

Documents
|
Select a document type from the list to limit mass communication to those document types. |
Others
|
Enter the start and end ranges for document numbers. This field is not available if All types is selected from the Type list. |
|
|
|
Business partners that are used to select the records to be processed. |
