Resource
This function is used to define all the resources available to the commercial teams.
The most frequently encountered resource types are:
- Meeting rooms
- Vehicles
- Audiovisual equipment
- Hardware
Etc.
This table is an important pre-requisite for the use of the resource reservation function in appointments management.

This field is by default associated to an automatically functioning sequence number counter. Consequently, the user should not normally concern him/herself with its contents.
Site
This field identifies the site responsible for the management and maintenance of the resource.

Category
This field contains the resources category, which corresponds to one of the values in miscellaneous table 411: Resource category.
Denomination
This field must contain a description that is used to identify a specific resource in a non equivocal fashion.
Creation date
This field indicates the date from which the resource became available
Characteristics
This field must contain a list of the different characteristics for the resource. This information must facilitate the selection of the resource that is most appropriate for a specific need.
