Automatic customer chrono
This parameter is used to make the generation of customer sequence numbers fully automatic.
If this parameter is set to "Yes", the customer sequence number field in the service requests cannot be entered, the sequence number being generated automatically, based on the values defined in the following parameters:
Level of localization/Global variable
This parameter is defined at the level Folder. It belongs to Chapter HDK (Customer Support) and the Group SRE (Service request rules), The following parameters are also associated with this chapter and group :
- DEFHDTTYP (Type of consumption / default)
- PITCOVFLG (Priority points/partial cover)
- QREAC (CS reactivity level (days))
- SREASSDEF (Default request assignment)
- SREASSDET (Default request assignment)
