Prerequisite

Mandatory fields in the template

The costs are imported with the detail of the cost natures.

To import the costs, it is necessary to set up two identifiers, one for the header table ITMCOST, one for the detail table ITCNAT.

The different cost components can be entered as well as the fixed part. (MACCST(i) machine component where the fixed part FXDMACCST(i)

ITC header field:

  site code

  product code

  cost type (1 :standard, 2 :revised 3 :budget, 4 :simulated)

  reference year

  BOM alternative

ICN lines field

  nature code

  amount

Error messages

In addition to the generic error messages, the following messages can appear during the entry :

"Record inexistent Product XXXXX "

"Record inexistent Site XXX"

"Record inexistent Product-site XXXXX YYY "

"Record inexistent Nature XXX"

"You have no rights for this site ..."

The fiscal year in process corresponds to the year number 9999 "

"The total for the cost natures is different to the overheads total "

"Record exists already key … "

"Record locked key … "

"The corresponding standard cost could not be created key ..."

"Creation key …  Natures N1,N2,N3…"
