Header

The header information is used to specify the principal selection criteria for the enquiry used.

Site : It is mandatory to enter a site.

Product : It is mandatory to enter a product code.

Tab Global Allocations

The columns present in this grid depend on the parameterisation of the screen code chosen.

The enquiry displays for the chosen product the global allocations and the customer reservations by specifying for each allocation :

Bullet point The document type and the document : it is the document on which the global allocation is attempted. This can be a sales order, a shipment, an invoice with stock issue, a supplier return or a works order. If the allocation arises from customer reservation, then the document type is "customer" and the customer code for which the reservation is made appears in the document number.

Bullet point The allocated quantity for the line.

Bullet point The reservation end date : it is the validity end date for the customer reservation. In the case of the global allocation for a document (sales order for example) this reservation end date has no significance.

Criteria

This button is used to access to the additional selection criteria with respect to the criteria entered in the enquiry header.

Here, the only additional criterion proposed is the possibility to use a specific screen code.

Screen code  : the enquiries can in general be parameterised (for the detail, see Enquiry screens). It is possible to call up personalised enquiries via the screen code. This personalisation is used to select what information should be shown on the screen and in what order it should be positioned in the grid.

It is possible to memorise one or more sets of criteria by saving the codes.that can then be recalledor deleted .

Error messages

The only error messages are the generic ones.
