The objective of this function is the presentation of a screen for all the suspended movements that have been generated for a product selection and that it is necessary to correct.

This inquiry is single site or multi-site, single product or multi-product.

Screen management

Header

The header information is used to specify the main selection criteria for the inquiry used.

Site : it is possible to choose a site for the suspended movements inquiry for the site. If no site is entered, the inquiry reproduces the movements for all the sites.

Product : selection of a range of products for which the suspended movements should be investigated.

The columns present in this table depend on the setup of the chosen screen code.

By default the table reproduces for the selection criteria chosen, a line by suspended movement carried out with as the principal information :

Bullet point    The site of the movement

Bullet point    The product concerned, potentially the lot, sublot, major version number, serial number range, and the suspended quantity.

Bullet point    The potential availability of the product is specified: it is calculated as a function of the physical stock and of the various allocations carried out or missing for the product. The availability is given for each suspended movement line independently one from another.

Bullet point    The number of the supporting document for the movement

Bullet point    The number of the source document for the movement.  

Criteria

This button is used to access the additional selection criteria with respect to the criteria entered in the inquiry header.

Screen code: the inquiries can be set up in a general manner (for more detail, see the Inquiry screens documentation). It is possible to call upon customized inquiry screens via the screen code. This customization is used notably, to choose what information should be shown on the screen and in what order it should be positioned in the grid. 

Error messages

The only error messages are the generic ones.
