This inquiry presents for a given range of products, for a given warehouse, or for a whole site, the locations that are dedicated to the selected products as well as the main characteristics of these locations.

Screen management

Header

The header information is used to specify the main selection criteria for the inquiry used.

Tab Dedicated Locations

The columns present in this table depend on the setup of the chosen screen code.

By default the grid reproduces, for each selected product, all the locations that are dedicated to this product as well as the main attributes of these locations such as:

   The location category: internal, pending put-away, customer, sub-contractor

*    Single product location Yes/No

*    Reorder locations Yes/no and if yes, the reorder threshold is entered as well as the maximum reorder quantity

*    Location managed in capacity Yes/No

*    The list of authorized sub-statuses for the location

*    Blocked status Yes/No

*    Stock count status

Criteria

This button is used to access the additional selection criteria with respect to the criteria entered in the inquiry header.

Here, the only additional information that it is possible to assign is the screen code.  

Screen code: the inquiries can be set up in a general manner (for more detail, see the Inquiry screens documentation). It is possible to call upon customized inquiry screens via the screen code. This customization is used notably, to choose what information should be shown on the screen and in what order it should be positioned in the grid.

It is possible to save one or more sets of criteria by saving the codes.  that can be subsequently recalled  or deleted .
