Stock by lot

Use this function to view the stock status by product, detailed by lot.

Screen management

Header

In the header, enter the main selection criteria. Only the product code is mandatory.

Selections

Site (field STOFCY)

Enter a site to view the stock of the product on this site.
If you do not enter a product, the inquiry displays the product stock situation for all the sites where the product is defined.

Product (field ITMREF)

Enter the reference of the product for which the stock needs to be inquired.

This information is compulsory.

Description (field ITMDES1)

This is the description from the product record.

Block number 2

Stock internal (field LOCCAT001)

Select this check box to take internal locations into account.

Stock pending put-away (field LOCCAT002)

Select this check box to take into account locations awaiting put-away.

Loan stock (field LOCCAT003)

Select this check box to take customer locations into account.

Subcon. stock (field LOCCAT004)

Select this check box to take subcontract locations into account.

Block number 3

Zero lots (field ZERLOT)

Select this check box to display the lots where the stock is null. By default, these lots are not displayed.

Lots not null (field NOTZERLOT)

This check box is selected by default: the lots displayed are lots with stock.

    Select a criteria for the classification of stock lines:

    Select 'Yes' to display the total available stock at the bottom of the page.

    The columns present in this table depend on the setup of the chosen screen code.

    By default, the table includes a summary line of the product stock status for each lot, and specifies:

    The concept of site does not exist on the lot. If two stock receipts have the same lot number for two different sites, the information listed below will correspond to the first created lot, with or without filter on the site:

    This field displays the creation date of the lot.

    WarningLimit:

    The concept of site does not exist on the lot. If two stock receipts have the same lot number for two different sites, the displayed date corresponds to the date of the first created lot, with or without filter on the site.


    Expiration (field SHLDAT)
    UBD (field DLUDAT)

    The use-by date (UBD) is the target date for issuing a product.
    It cannot be modified. 
    UBD = Reference expiry date + UBD lead time.

    Recontrol (field NEWLTIDAT)

    La date de recontrôle est associée à un lot en stock. Elle indique une date d'analyse de la marchandise, une fois le délai de péremption atteint.

     Warning The new control date cannot go beyond the limit date of lot use.

    Supplier lot (field BPSLOT)

    This field displays the supplier lot number.

    Warning Limit:

    This field displays the supplier reference.

    Lot creation entry (field VCRNUM)

    This field displays the number of the lot creation document.

    This field displays the line number of the lot creation document.

    Click this action to access the inquiry of Detailed stock for the selected product.

    Click this action to view the stock situation in stock unit and packaging unit, by stock status, or for all status.

    Click this action to view the stock of the product by status.

    Serial Numbers

    This action is useful for products which serial numbers are managed in Global receipt/issue.
    In this case, one line can indeed correspond to multiple serial numbers. Click this action to display the list of serial numbers of the stock line.

    This information is updated in real-time. The serial numbers that were associated with this stock line but that have been issued are not displayed in this window.

    Traceability

    Click this action to inquire the Traceability of stock transactions.
    This action is only available when the product is set up for tracking stock transactions.

    Menu Bar

    Criteria

    Click this action to access the previously defined selection criteria, and additional criteria:

    • You can specify if you want to display aggregated lots.
    • Screen code: as a rule, inquiries can be set up. You can use this customization feature to specify what information should be displayed and how to display it in the table. You can call upon customized inquiry screens using the screen code.

    You can save the selection criteria under a memo code in order to recall them later on.

    The STD memo code is specific since it is the one that is systematically applied upon entering the inquiry.

    Click this action to display, by stock status or for all status, the stock situation in stock unit and packaging unit.

    Stock by status

    Click this action to view the stock situation broken down by stock status and sub-status.

    Error messages

    The only error messages are the generic ones.
