Stock by lot
Use this function to view the stock status by product, detailed by lot.

Screen management
Header
In the header, enter the main selection criteria. Only the product code is mandatory.
You can also:
- filter the internal stock, the stock awaiting put-away, the loan stock and the subcontract stock;
- request to view the lots where the stock is null: by default, these lots are not suggested;
- specify a sort criteria for the presentation of recovered lines:
- by lot: lot number in alphabetic order
- FIFO
- FEFO
- LIFO.

Enter the reference of the product for which the stock needs to be inquired. This information is compulsory. |

Select this check box to take internal locations into account. |

Zero lots (field ZERLOT) |
Select this check box to display the lots where the stock is null. By default, these lots are not displayed. |

This check box is selected by default: the lots displayed are lots with stock. |

Select a criteria for the classification of stock lines: |
Total (field CUMFLG) |
Select 'Yes' to display the total available stock at the bottom of the page. |
Tab Stock by lot
The columns present in this table depend on the setup of the chosen screen code.
By default, the table includes a summary line of the product stock status for each lot, and specifies:
- The major and minor versions, when they are managed;
- The physical stock of the lot, as well as the breakdown of the quantities validated, under control or rejected;
- The quantity allocated to the lot;
- The expiry date of the lot if appropriate;
- The number of the document used to create the lot.
Limit:
The concept of site does not exist on the lot. If two stock receipts have the same lot number for two different sites, the information listed below will correspond to the first created lot, with or without filter on the site:
- Lot creation date
- Supplier lot
- Supplier
- Lot creation document
- Document line no.

This field displays the creation date of the lot. Limit: The concept of site does not exist on the lot. If two stock receipts have the same lot number for two different sites, the displayed date corresponds to the date of the first created lot, with or without filter on the site. |
Expiration (field SHLDAT) |
UBD (field DLUDAT) |
The use-by date (UBD) is the target date for issuing a product. |
Recontrol (field NEWLTIDAT) |

This field displays the line number of the lot creation document. Limit: The concept of site does not exist on the lot. If two stock receipts have the same lot number for two different sites, the document line number corresponds to the first created lot, with or without filter on the site.

This action is useful for products which serial numbers are managed in Global receipt/issue. This information is updated in real-time. The serial numbers that were associated with this stock line but that have been issued are not displayed in this window. |

You can save the selection criteria under a memo code in order to recall them later on. The STD memo code is specific since it is the one that is systematically applied upon entering the inquiry. |
