Planner
This parameter identifies an Sage X3 user as approved for involvement in your Non-conformance management process as a project manager or 'planner'.
'Yes' - This user is approved as a Non-conformance 'Planner'. With this authorization this user can draw up an Action plan and schedule corrective and preventive (Global) actions.
'No' - This user is not authorized for involvement in your Non-conformance management process as a 'Planner'. They cannot be assigned to draw up an Action plan, or plan corrective or preventive actions for any non-conformances.

This parameter is defined at the level User. It belongs to Chapter TC (Common Data) and the Group NCS (Non-conformance), The following parameters are also associated with this chapter and group :

Comments
An Sage X3 user can only be deactivated as a Non-conformance Planner (NCSPLANNER='No') if they can meet the following conditions:
- All non-conformance incidents to which they have been assigned are closed;
 - They are not assigned as the default Planner for non-conformances (NCSPLADEF).
