Default process root cause
This parameter identifies the default root cause for an incidence of non-conformance raised against an operational process in a routing being used for a work order, for example, when a shop floor manager requests an additional operation.
The list of factors that can cause a non-conformance that should be eliminated through process improvement are defined in Miscellaneous table 803 - Root cause.
This root cause can be overwritten with an alternative root cause when raising or amending an incidence of non-conformance.
