This function displays the evolution in number, quantity and transaction amounts by period.

Header

Presentation

The header information is used to specify the main selection criteria for the inquiry used.

Site: It is mandatory to enter a site.

Product: it is mandatory to enter a product code.

Start date / end date / number of periods : by default the inquiry on the history proposes the last twelve months counting from today's date. It is possible to choose the end date for the inquiry and the inquiry horizon up to this date.

A maximum horizon of 24 months can be displayed.

Fields

The following fields are present on this tab :

Selection

Enter or select a storage site at which the selected product is active.

The Selection icon (magnifying glass) only suggests products that are referenced in the products-sites table.

 

Enter the reference of the product for which the stock needs to be inquired.

  • Lot (field LOTSEL)

Reference of the lot number to be processed.

  • Starting serial number (field SERNUMSTR)

This is the product serial number.

  • Ending serial number (field SERNUMEND)

 

Block number 2

  • Inquiry history (field INQLTI)

Enter the number of history days -starting from the current date- for the
selection of stock movements.

  • field FIL001

 

  • Sort order (field SRTCOD)

Sorting criteria for the list or the inquiry.

When you filter the inquiry based on an entry type, the Stock before and the Stock after are not specified because these elements are related to all the product movements, not just to the ones linked to a single entry type (which would go against the operational logic).

The use-by date (UBD) is the target date for issuing a product.
It cannot be modified. 
UBD = Reference expiry date + UBD lead time.

The setup determines whether the analytical dimensions can be modified. These are initialized in compliance with the default dimension setup.

In creation mode, if no order line has been entered and the project code is modified, analytical dimensions are reset based on the setup of the default dimensions.

Menu Bar

This button is used to access the additional selection criteria with respect to the criteria entered in the inquiry header.

The Criteria window makes it possible to define what stock total information should be displayed (the grid lines) amongst the information of the type:

* Cumulative movement type information (monthly totals for receipts in quantity, movement number, amount, monthly totals for issues in quantity, movement number, amount, annual totals for receipt and issues)

The inquiry submits the monthly totals by default.

Columns order : It is possible to choose the presentation order of the stock history inquiry: ascending (by default) or descending.

The system calculates for each line in the inquiry horizon:

*The averages (submitted by default)

* The total stock (submitted by default)

* Variance

* Standard deviation

It is possible to memorize one or more sets of criteria by saving the codes.that can be subsequently recalledor deleted .

Graph/No. receipts/issues

This graph displays the history of the number of receipts and issues by period.

Error messages

The only error messages are the generic ones.
