This function will provide access to the graphical inquiry used to compare over a given period the tax excl. amount of quotes by sales representative, distributed on the basis of the quote status: Ordered, Not Ordered and Expired.

The quote amount integrates the invoicing elements from the moment that they have been totally taken into consideration.

Screen management

This screen will make it possible to select the quotes based on several criteria, but also to choose the time-related display criteria.

  • Company: The company is automatically loaded with the company of the user's default sale site. It remains modifiable and it can be forced to empty to view the orders of all the companies. In that case, the site is automatically forced to empty.
  • Site: It is the sale site. This site is automatically loaded with the user's default sale site. It can be forced to empty. In that case, the inquiry will deal with all the company's quotes.
  • Customer                   : The customer code is not entered by default. If no customer is mentioned, the inquiry will relate to all the customers of the folder.
  • Quote no.: This criterion is used to define quote ranges to be viewed.
      • Ordered: This check box is used to select the fully and partly ordered quotes.
      • Not ordered: This check box is used to select the quotes that are not ordered or only partly ordered.

    NB: if none of the previous check boxes is checked, only the partly ordered quotes are selected.

      • Validation: This check box is used to select the validated quotes
      • Not valid: This check box is used to select the expired quotes

    Time-related criteria:

      • Start date: The start date is initialized with the first day of the month coming from the current date minus two months.
      • End date: The end date is initialized with the current date postponed to the last day of the month.

    The following fields are present on this tab :

    Selection

    • Memo (field MEMO)

     

     

    This screen is used to specify the criteria for the selection and display of the quotations to be viewed.

    Selection criteria:

    - Company/Site: It is necessary to assign one or the other. If the company is assigned, all the sites in this company must be authorized. If the site is assigned, this must be authorized.

    - Customer: The inquiry can concern all the customers or a specific customer.

    - Quotation number ranges.

    - Date range:

    - Quotes order status to inquire: Quote ordered (it concerns the quotes partially and totally ordered), Quote not ordered.

    - Quotes status to inquire: Valid quotes (these are the quotes which validity date is not entered - corresponding, in this case, to the maximum date - and quotes which validity date is entered and equal to or greater than the current date.

    - Quotes approval status to inquire: Quote approved (it concerns the quotes partially and totally ordered), Quote not approved.

    Display criteria:

    - Quotes display order in the grid by number or by date.

    - A screen code (optional) that makes reference to the set up inquiry screens. Notably these screens define the columns to be displayed in the inquiry grid.

    All these criteria can be saved by the user under a code XXX on clicking the "Memo" button. To re-display criteria saved under memo code YYY, click on button "Call" and enter YYY. The criteria saved under the memo code STD will be pre-loaded when the user enters the function.

    Specific Buttons

    This button is used to record the chosen criteria in a specific memo code. The STD memo code is systematically submitted when accessing this function.

    This button makes it possible to recall a Memo that has already been recorded.

    This button is used to delete a recorded memo.

    Error messages

    The only error messages are the generic ones.
