Customer search
Use this function to find existing customers or prospects by dynamically displaying the results. A list of matches is generated by tabbing to the next field or clicking the Search action.
- Entering the first few characters of the customer or prospect number displays all matches for the selection criteria.
- Entering additional criteria will reduce the list of matches.
The search is not case sensitive and displays all instances where the match is found.
This function provides access to sales orders, quotes, returns, customers, inquiries, and history information. New customers, orders, quotes, and returns can be created by clicking the actions for the function.

Enter the state/region or enter the first few characters of the state/region to display all customer and prospect states/regions that match the value entered in this field. |

Enter the postal code or enter the first few characters of the postal code to display all postal codes that match the value entered in this field. |
Contact name (field CNTNAM) |
Enter the contact name. Alternately, enter the first few characters of the name to display all customers, prospects, contacts, or customers with this contact name that match the value entered in this field. |
Contact telephone (field CNTTEL) |
Enter the contact’s telephone number or enter the first few numbers to display all contact telephone numbers and customers with this contact telephone number that match the value entered in this field. |
Contact mobile (field CNTMOB) |
Enter the contact mobile phone number or enter the first few numbers of the mobile phone number to display all contact and customers with this contact mobile numbers that match the value entered in this field. |
