Generation of registrations
Prerequisites
Refer to documentation Implementation
Screen management
After selecting and validating the desired display criteria, the list of pending training requests displays.
It is still possible at this stage to select the requests to be registered in the sessions.
Entry screen
The selection screen is divided into two sections:
- the "Criteria" section, used to select the display criteria in the list of pending training requests,
- the "Sessions" section, which defines the session or a start date range for which a participant can be registered.
How the "Session" field works
- If the training period is specified on the selection screen but not the session.
- When a session is specified in the training requests, the participants are registered in priority for the requested sessions.
- When a session is not specified in the requests, the participants are registered in priority for the first session (the earliest one). If this session is already full, or if the maximum number of participants is already reached, the participants are registered for the following session (always by date order).
- If the session is specified on the selection screen, the participants whose requests are selected are registered for this session only, pending space availability, even if the training request includes another requested session.
