Cost History
This function displays the history of provisional costs (standard, revised standard, budget, simulated),
The history of revised standard and simulated costs can be inquired for a same year, whereas the history of standard costs and budget can be inquired by cost.

Screen management
The left list is designed to select the product and the cost type that is to be inquired.
Header
Product
The product for which the user wants to inquire the costs is specified here.
Site
The site on which the user wants to inquire the costs is specified here.
Cost type
The inquired cost type needs to be specified.

Year
It is possible to select among the existing Cost products on the Year field.
If any date is selected, the systems displays all the existing costs of the selected type.
Sort
The sort arguments need to be specified here

Block number 1
Product (field ITMREF) |
This field is used to enter the reference of the product for which the user wants to inquire the costs. |
Storage site (field STOFCY) |
Use this field to define the storage and/or production site. The site defined on the user record is displayed by default but can be amended.

Currency (field CUR) |
Code of the currency in which the customer costs are expressed. |
Cost type (field CSTTYP) |
Cost type to choose from "Standard", "Revised", "Budget", "Simulated". |
Sort (field TRI) |
The possible sort criteria of provisional costs are |
Sort order (field SENS) |
The production costs can be displayed in ascending or descending order of the field used as a sort criterion. |
Block number 2
Product category (field TCLCOD) |
This field displays the product category to which this product is assigned. You cannot amend this field. |
Product status (field ITMSTA) |
This field displays the product status. |
Block number 3
Cost group (field BRDCOD) |
This field displays the cost group set on the product. It can be amended. Cost calculations are used to break down material costs. Use this field to define where (subtotal) the material cost for this product category must be posted. The MAT - Number of material groups |
Unit (field STU) |
This field displays the unit of the calculation quantity. |

This tab displays the total of the calculated costs of the selection and for each cost:
- The total with Overheads
- The total without Overheads
- The Material part
- The machine part
- The labor part
- The subcontract part
- The Overheads part
