This parameter can be defined at Site, Company or Folder levels. It is used to determine the action that has taken place when the commitment under progress is expressed by a budget overrun. Based on the value given to this parameter, in case of budget overrun, a warning message is displayed with or without authorization to proceed with the entry.
This parameter is common to analytical and operating budgets. The management of budgets overrun implies that the parameter value must be "Blocking", as overrun controls used in the analytical budgets will transmit the blocking or non blocking information as a priority.
