Purchased products

The product import may involve up to four different tables defined as follows.

The main table to set up is ITMMASTER.

Prerequisite

Mandatory fields in the template

For ITMA import table, there are two mandatory field types:

Mandatory fields:
  • Product category: TCLCOD table product ITMMASTER,
  • Product code: ITMREF table product ITMMASTER,
  • Product description: DES1AXX table product ITMMASTER.
Potential mandatory fields if the product category associated with the imported product does not define them:
  • Stock unit: STU table product ITMMASTER,
  • Purchase unit: PUU table product ITMMASTER,
  • PUR-STK coefficient: PUUSTUCOE table product ITMMASTER if STU<>PUU otherwise set to 1,
  • Account code: ACCCOD table product ITMMASTER,
  • Tax level: VACITM table product ITMMASTER.

The units depend on the product category. If the product is sold:

  • the product sale unit and the SAL-STK coefficient must be specified,
  • or the product sale unit must be specified within the product category.

Error messages

The only error messages are the generic ones.
