Accounting Entries
The PIECE report is used to print the general or analytical accounting journals recorded over a given period for a legal company or a site grouping (non legal company).
Prerequisite
Access to the report
This report can be accessed from the report menu of the group General accounting.
It is also called by default from the following functions :
Financials > Journals > Journal entry
Fixed assets > Processes > Account. interface > Accounting entries

The data is filtered by site according to the rights granted to the user on the function CONSPCE (Entries).
Description of the report
The PIECE report displays the list of a type of accounting journals recorded over a given period for a company along with its characteristics. The accounting journals are classified by alphanumerical order of the journal numbers.
For each journal, the PIECE report shows:
- The journal number
- The site
- The posting date
- The due date
- The journal
- A reference, if any
- The transaction currency
- The journal category (actual, active simulation, exceptional etc.).
- The journal status (temporary or final)
For each journal line, the PIECE report shows:
- The account
- A BP, if any
- The title
- The site
- The debit or credit amount
- The analytical nature
- The quantity
- The analytical dimensions (if the option "Analytical detail" is set to yes)
At each journal end, the PIECE report shows:
- A totalling debit and credit line for the journal.
