The purpose of this function is to display all the serial number in stock for a given product, as well as the serial numbers delivered.

Presentation
The header information is used to specify the main selection criteria for the inquiry used.
Site: the entry of a site is optional, if no site is requested, the system displays all serial numbers of the product, for the group of sites in which it is defined.
Product : it is mandatory to enter a product code.
Document type, document, delivered customer: it is possible to filter the serial numbers displayed according to an entry type or a specific entry code, and potentially to display the serial numbers issued for a given customer.
Serial numbers in stock: tick if the serial numbers present in stock should be displayed.
Serial numbers issued : tick to display the delivered serial numbers.

Enter or select a storage site at which the selected product is active. The Selection icon (magnifying glass) only suggests products that are referenced in the products-sites table. |

Enter the reference of the product for which the stock needs to be inquired. |

Enter a document type if you wish to filter the inquiry and restrict it to this type of document. |

Presentation
The columns present in this table depend on the setup of the chosen screen code.
By default the table reproduces for the selection criteria chosen, a line by serial number identified with as main information:
The serial number and the associated lot.
The location and the storage site for the serial number
The entry number of the stock receipt for the serial number as well as the movement transaction date.
The document number of the stock issue for the serial number as well as the movement transaction date.

This button is used to access the additional selection criteria with respect to the criteria entered in the inquiry header. Screen code: the inquiries can be set up in a general manner (for more detail, see the Inquiry screens documentation). It is possible to call upon customized inquiry screens via the screen code. This customization is used notably, to choose what information should be shown on the screen and in what order it should be positioned in the grid. It is possible to save one or more sets of criteria by saving the codes. that can be subsequently recalled or deleted .
