You can use this template to import fields from an analytical budget defined outside Sage X3.
Fields related to an operating budget are not available in the BUD import template and the related script import does not manage the import.
The following tables are used by the function. Their content must be updated if necessary :

Budget code, site, or company (depending on whether the budget setup has been defined at the site or company level), fiscal year are mandatory areas for a smooth import process of budgets.
Budgets must apply to an analytical account that can be budgeted (or to the account group of an analytical accounts pyramid) with at least one dimension (or one dimension pyramid) and up to nine dimensions (or nine dimension pyramids).
According to the import template, the following areas must specified:
Dimensions and dimension types are imported in the order set up in the analytical ledger of the company and not according to the budget setup.
In addition to the generic error messages, the following messages can appear during the entry :
"Budget defined over 1 (or 2) dimension type"
The budget is defined for one or two dimension types and includes a section "second (or third) dimension type" in the import file, although it should be void.
