Prerequisite

Access to the report

This report can be accessed from the report menu of the group Analytical accounting.

It is also called by default from the following functions :

  Financials > Inquiries > Accounts by dimension

The data is filtered by site according to the rights  granted to the user on the function CONSCPT (Accounts).

Description of the report

The report is sorted by alphanumerical order of natures, dimensions and journal types/numbers.

For each entry line, the GLANA1 report recovers:

• The dimensions relating to the requested dimension view codes
• The document type/number
• The site
• The entry date
• The label
• The amount of the charges or revenues
• The quantity
• The unit.

For each analytical nature, the report shows:

• The total amount by nature.

Finally, the report displays at the end of the printing:

• The general total for the charges and revenues.
