Prerequisite

Access to the report

This report can be accessed from the report menu of the group Analytical accounting.

It is also called by default from the following functions :

  Financials > Inquiries > Dimensions

The data is filtered by site according to the rights  granted to the user on the function CONSSEC (Dimensions).

Description of the report

The report is sorted by alphanumerical order of dimensions, natures and journal types/numbers.

For each entry line, the GLANA2 report recovers:

• The general account if the account detail is set to "yes", otherwise the nature
• The Type/Document number
• The site
• The entry date
• The label
• The amount of the charges or revenues
• The quantity
• The unit.

For each dimension or group of dimensions, the report displays the following totals:

• The nature total if the account detail has been requested
• The dimension total (total by dimension or dimension couple/triplet).

Finally, the report displays at the end of the printing:

• The general total for the charges and revenues.
