The data is filtered by site according to the rights  granted to the user on the function CONSPCE (Entries).

Description of the report

The JOUGEN report retrieves the journals sorted by company / journal / site-period or period-site (according to the sort order).

The report header displays the following information:

• The company code.

The report mentions for each period:

• The journal
• The journal title
• The site
• The period considered
• The period status (temporary or final)
• The total number of journals over the accounting period
• The total number of lines over the accounting period
• The total amount over the accounting period:

The grouping criterion makes it possible to reveal:

• If the sort order is set to "Site/Period",
• A line per period
• A site total all periods considered
• A journal total
• A general total
• If the sort order is set to "Period/Site",
• A line per period
• A period total all sites considered
• A journal total
• A general total.
