This object displays the history of all the phone campaigns carried out for all marketing campaigns.

This object is used notably to carry out the closure of certain phone campaigns.

NB: The creation of a new phone campaign MUST NOT be carried out from this function. This object must only be used in inquiry mode. The creation of a phone campaign type operation directly in this object leads to the following consequences:

  • The operation will never appear in the marketing planning;
  • The operation will not be associated with any marketing campaign;
  • No call will be generated in the telemarketers' workbench.

Etc.

The only method to correctly define a new operation is by using the phone campaign assistant available in the marketing campaign.
