Email actioner
This parameter controls email notifications to each Sage X3 user listed as an 'actioner' for a Change control Action plan.
'Yes' - Email each 'actioner' with the email defined in local menu 2066 when the project manager completes a planning schedule. The email contains a uniform resource locator (URL) to the completed high level Work Breakdown Structure or detailed Implementation plan, as appropriate. This effectively therefore, informs the user that they can start actioning their assigned task.
Sage X3 users assigned to multiple tasks on the plan will receive a single, consolidated email.
'No' - Email notification to any Sage X3 user assigned to a Change control Action plan as an 'actioner' is not required.
