Function available from update 8.0.0 and higher

This function is used to inquire service contracts. Use the various filtering criteria to select, for instance, the following contracts:

• contracts reaching their due dates before renewal,
• point contracts and remaining balance for making an offer.

Fields

The following fields are present on this tab :

Selection

The Identification Code for the company.

Sales site of the company.

 

Categories

  • Warranty (field GUACON)

Select the contract category you wish to filter.

  • Maintenance (field MCECON)

 

  • By points (field PITCON)

 

Contract situation

  • All (field ALLSITCON)

Check the box All in order o select all contracts, or check the contract statuses you wish to filter. Contracts statuses are: 'In process', 'Terminated' or 'Closed'.

If you check the box In process, the field To be renewed becomes available.

If you check the box All, all contracts 'In process' are selected, whether they are to be renewed or not.

  • In progress (field ENCCON)

 

  • Terminated (field RSICON)

 

  • Closed (field FDDFLG)

 

Date range

  • Start date (field BEGDAT)

Enter a contract start date and end date to filter contracts by date.

  • End date (field ENDDAT)

 

Contract range

Reference of the first contract to be inquired.

Reference of the last contract to be inquired.

Contract date selection

  • field DATTAK

 

Contract status

  • Renewal (field TBEREWCON)

The field To be renewed is available when the In process box is checked.

Service Contracts

This button provides direct access to service contracts.

Sales journal traceability

Click this action to access the Documents traceability function and view or browse through the hierarchy of documents at the origin of, or coming from, the relevant document.

Skills covered

When the field All skills is not checked on the grid line, use this button to access the screen of skills covered by the contract.

Covered base

When the field All the base is not checked on the grid line, use this button to access the screen of the base covered by the service contract.

Original item

Use this button to access the original document of the service contract.

Last invoice

Use this button to access the invoice entered in the Last invoicefield.

Quality constraints

Use this button to access the screen of quality constraints applying to the service contract.

Specific Buttons

This button is used to access:

  • the filtering criteria defined in the header,
  • additional filtering criteria.

You can save the filtering criteria under a memo code in order to recall them later on.

Error messages

The only error messages are the generic ones.
