This function is used to reactivate a closed work order.
The reactivation of the work order consists in changing the status of this WO (the WO switches from the Closed status to the Firm status) in order to authorize additional tracking.
This reactivation can only take place on those WOs whose cost price has not been calculated yet.
Refer to documentation Implementation
The inquiry screen is comprised of a header (selection criteria) and display tabs on all the information linked to the WO (summarizing information, released products, materials, operations and their situations).

The production routing is described by means of operation numbers. |
This non-modifiable field displays the service status: Pending, In progress, Ordered, Received or Closed. |
The planned work center is attached to a work center group. It corresponds to a production resource on which a routing operation is to be carried out. |
The work center group is a physical or fictitious entity grouping several work centers of machine, labor or sub-contracting type. |
The type of a work center can be either machine, labor or sub-contracting. |
This field indicates the routing operation. |
This field contains the operation start date. |
This field contains the operation end date. |
The number of work centers makes it possible to set up all or part of the resources of a work center with a view to performing an operation. |
The operation unit expresses the operating time in another unit than that of the product described by the routing. Example :
This unit is associated with a conversion coefficient for the stock unit of the product for which the routing has been set up and the operation unit. The quantities of the work order operations are expressed in the operation unit. |
This field indicates the actual work center. |
This field indicates the planned quantity, expressed in sales unit, for this contract product. |
This field displays the total completed quantity, including the rejected quantity, expressed in the operation unit. |
This field displays the actual rejected quantity.
The time unit defines how time for the operations in this routing is expressed. The time unit can be 'hours' or 'minutes'. It applies to the setup time, run time and the rate of all operations in the routing. |
The setting time is a fixed amount of time necessary to prepare the work center. |
This is the actual setting time. |
