Interview skill update
Use this function to initialize or reinitialize the skills in the existing interview records (GESEVA function) having the 'In progress' status: the required validated skills will be updated in the generated interviews.
For example, interviews have been generated but the guidelines for the positions or standard jobs are modified. When you launch the skill update, the system applies the latest changes introduced into the guidelines to all the interviews of a campaign.
As a consequence, you can use this function to add skills that are required but are not assessed yet (and therefore do not appear on the employees' career record) into the table of validated skills of the interview records.
The system only considers those skills that have never been assessed yet, and the active skills (in other words, the skills records (GESCPC function) where the Active check box is selected).

Update
