Use this function to set up the customization of the Assembly and Disassembly screens.

At least one standard assembly transaction and one standard disassembly transaction are delivered with the application. You can use this function to modify or delete these transactions, or create new transactions.

You can set up multiple distinct transactions for assembly and for disassembly. Each transaction, identified by a code and a text description, is displayed in a selection window when calling the related functions.

Screen management

Header

Use the header to:

  • Enter the transaction code;
  • Enter (if needed) an access code to the transaction;
  • Enable or disable the transaction.

Tab General

Use this section to specify if the transaction being set up must be used for assembly or disassembly; you cannot use the same transaction for both purposes.

You can then define the transaction setup.

Tab Stock

Use this section to set up the ‘Receipt’ movements.
This section in common to all receipt note transactions.

Tab Analytical

Reports

By default, the following reports are associated with this function :

  PRTSCR : Screen print

This can be changed using a different setup.

Specific buttons

Validation

Once the entry is complete, click Validation to save your setup and trigger the generation of the screens.

Copy

Click this action to copy the setup of the current transaction to another Sage X3 folder.

Local menus

The only error messages are the generic ones.
