CRM Projects

Use this template to import Customer relation (CRM) project data from any third party product into Sage X3 and to export from Sage X3. You can also use this template to delete project data.

Import is authorized in modification mode, provided that the functional rules are complied with.

Mandatory fields in the template

The template is based on the screen and classes.

Note:

The mandatory fields are defined in the project classes.

On creation:

  • Before-sales stages must be included in the import data if defined in the import template.
    Before-sales stages created automatically for the transaction based on the setup are deleted.
  • should be included in the import data if defined in the import template.
    After-sales stages created automatically for the transaction (outside the standard process) are deleted.

Special features

Header/Project

You must include all mandatory fields.

Competitors

When running the import in modification mode, the Competitor - CPP value is searched against the collection.

  • If this value is not found, a new line is created.
  • If the value is found, the corresponding line is modified.

Before-sales stages

When running the import in modification mode, the Date - ENDDAT and Step - STE values are searched against the collection.

  • If this association of values is not found, a new line is created.
  • If it is found, the corresponding line is modified.

After-Sales stages

When running the import in modification mode, the Date - ENDDATX and Step - STEX values are searched against the collection.

  • If this association of values is not found, a new line is created.
  • If it is found, the corresponding line is modified.

Associated projects

When running the import in modification mode, the Code - SBBPJ value is searched against the collection.

  • If this value is not found, a new line is created.
  • If the value is found, the corresponding line is modified.

Error messages

The only error messages are the generic ones.
