Screen management

Header

The header information is used to specify the main selection criteria for the inquiry used.

Site: It is mandatory to enter a site.

Product: it is possible to enter a range of products. If no product is entered, the inquiry displays the stock situation for all the products for the site.

Quantity selection: it is possible to display the stock in STK (stock unit) quantity or in active quantity (in this case, the products managed in 'potency' or international units are displayed in active quantity and the others in STK quantity).

Tab Stock by product

The columns of this grid depend on the setup of the selected screen code.

By default the table reproduces for the chosen product, a summary line for its stock status for the site selected specifying

Bullet point  The physical stock of the product,

Bullet point Its stock in quality control and rejected,

  Bullet point Its available stock,

   Bullet point Its allocated stock.

Criteria

Click this action to access the additional selection criteria with respect to the criteria entered in the inquiry header.
You can specify:

  • Criteria by range:
    • Products
    • Product categories
    • Buyer codes
    • Product lines
    • Statistical groups
    • Search key
    • EAN code
  • A calculation formula of the 'Stock selection' type: It must only apply to tables ITMMASTER (master product) and ITMFACILIT (product-site).
Please refer to the Calculation formula documentation.
  • A screen code: as a rule, inquiries can be set up. You can use this customization feature to specify what information should be displayed and how to display it in the table. You can call upon customized inquiry screens using the screen code.
Please see the Inquiry screens documentation.

You can save the selection criteria under a memo code in order to recall them later on.
The STD memo code is specific since it is the one that is systematically applied upon entering the inquiry.
