Create cost type dimension

This parameter defines whether analytical dimension codes should automatically be created for new cost types.

'Always' - Create analytical dimension codes automatically for new cost types, for dimension types flagged as 'Cost type'.

'Confirmation' - Offer a choice of whether or not to create the dimension code.
