Source of posted labor rate
This parameter determines which rate to use when charging labor time to projects.
'Employee labor rate' (default) - Use the labor rate determined by the value of the PJMCST - Employee labor rate priority parameter (TC chapter, PJM group).
'Project labor rate' - Use the labor rate determined by the value of the PJMCSTLAB - Project labor rate priority parameter (TC chapter, PJM group).
