The objective of this function is the presentation on the screen of the stock for a group of products and for a site.

Presentation
The header information is used to specify the main selection criteria for the inquiry used.
Site : it is mandatory to enter a site.
Product it is possible to enter a range of products. If no product is entered, the inquiry displays the stock status for all the products for the site.
Quantity choice: it is possible to display the stock in STK (stock unit) quantity or in active quantity (in this case, the products managed in "potency" or international units are displayed in active quantity and the others in STK quantity).

Selections

Enter or select a storage site at which the selected product is active. The Selection icon (magnifying glass) only suggests products that are referenced in the products-sites table. |

Enter the selection start product number. The product ranges limit the adjustment to these products only. |

This choice only concerns products that are potency managed or managed with international units. - Quantity in stock unit Choice: all products are displayed in stock unit. - Active quantity choice: products that are potency managed or managed with international units will be displayed in active units and other products will be displayed in stock unit. |

The columns present in this table depend on the setup of the chosen screen code.
By default the table reproduces for the chosen product, a recapitulative line for its stock status for the site selected specifying notably:
The physical stock of the product,
Its stock in quality control and rejected,
Its available stock,
Its allocated stock.

This button opens a window displaying all the data relative to the product stock management.

This button is used to access the additional selection criteria with respect to the criteria entered in the inquiry header. It is possible to specify here criteria ranges:
Screen code: the inquiries can be set up in a general manner (for more detail, see the Inquiry screens documentation). It is possible to call upon customized inquiry screens via the screen code. This personalization is used, notably, to choose what information should be shown on the screen and in what order the information is shown in the table. It is possible to memorize one or more sets of criteria by saving the codes that can be subsequently recalled or deleted . |
